How long will my order take?
Typically orders will be delivered between 2 and 5 weeks. We do hold a good stock of most items so if an item is exceptionally urgent please call and we will do our best to help.
What do you charge for delivery?
Generally £35, but there are various options and zones. Please see our delivery page for details.
Can I collect my items from you?
Yes, we have a large shop on Derby Rd in Ipswich. You can order online and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes, for orders over £1500 we may be able to offer a discount dependant on the items you are ordering and your location. Please add the required items to your basket and then give us a ring.
